Profile overview: The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill short-term contract positions within the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

€¢ Source, screen, and select candidates for short-term roles.

€¢ Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

€¢ Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection.

€¢ Extend job offers and manage onboarding process.

€¢ Maintain recruitment data and generate reports.

Qualifications:

€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in HR or related field.

€¢ Recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.

€¢ Familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms.

€¢ Strong communication and organizational skills.

€¢ Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
