responsibilities:

source, screen, and select candidates for short-term roles.

coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection.

extend job offers and manage onboarding process.

maintain recruitment data and generate reports.

qualifications:

bachelors degree in hr or related field.

recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.

familiarity with ats and sourcing platforms.

strong communication and organizational skills.

ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
