Job Description:

1. End to End recruitment - This includes the identification, sourcing and recruiting of Information Technology professionals nationwide for both contract and permanent positions.

2. Handling the team functions viz., manpower planning, recruitment, Screening Profiles of the Team.

3. Handling a Team of 4-7 Recruiters.

4. Working closely with the Client to understand their business, translate their staffing needs and provide them with the very best talent in the industry.

5. As a recruiter have done expedite recruitment via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high calibre talent to meet current and future needs.

6. Effectively utilized different channels for recruitment . portal, internal database, headhunting, employee referrals, Referrals through network, vendor, etc. Actively participated in volume hiring through various sources.

7. Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (based on work, position, salary and relocation etc).

8. Set up and coordinate interviews. Negotiate offers of employment including salaries, joining bonuses.

9. Maintain contact with offered candidates to ensure their conversion to employees. Focused on improving the proposal: selection: offer: joining ratio.

10. Strong work ethic and willingness to assist team members.

11. An effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills as well as an enthusiastic and effective team player

12. Experience in working and In- depth internet knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
