HR Recruiter – US (IT/Non IT)

Job Description:

Responsible for handling end to end process of recruitment.

Develop and update job descriptions and specifications

Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals and professional networks

Manage outbound facing engagement including LinkedIn, job boards, social media etc.,

Interviewing applicants Screen via calls and conduct on-site interviews.

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements

Maintain candidate databases

Contributes towards other HR and engagement activities

Monitor and apply best HR recruiting practices

Requirements:

Any Bachelors degree

Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask.

Smart and enthusiastic

Work Location:

· Work from Office, Chennai, India

Work hours:

Pm to Am IST (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 180, - 400, per month

Schedule:

Monday to Friday ( Sat & Sun week off)

Night shift

US shift

Experience:

Recruiting, IT Sourcing, IT Screening: 0- 3 yrs (Freshers can also apply)

Language:

Fluent English (Preferred)
