• responsible for handling end to end process of recruitment.
• develop and update job descriptions and specifications
• interact with potential candidates using various job portals and professional networks
• manage outbound facing engagement including linkedin, job boards, social media etc.,
• interviewing applicants screen via calls and conduct on-site interviews.
• conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
• maintain candidate databases
• contributes towards other hr and engagement activities
• monitor and apply best hr recruiting practices

• excellent written & verbal communication skills
