🔹 Key Responsibilities:

œ… Talent Acquisition:

€¢ Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases

€¢ Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews

€¢ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

œ… Recruitment Operations:

€¢ Release offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities

€¢ Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates

œ… Client/Department Coordination:

€¢ Understand manpower requirements from various departments

€¢ Share relevant profiles and provide regular updates on recruitment status

€¢ Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients

œ… Reporting & MIS:

€¢ Prepare daily/weekly recruitment status reports

€¢ Track joining and attrition data

œ… Employer Branding:

€¢ Support HR initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice

€¢ Assist in organizing job fairs or campus hiring drives

🔹 Skills Required:

€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

€¢ Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, networking)

€¢ Ability to work under targets and deadlines

€¢ Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software

🔹 Qualification & Experience:

€¢ Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or a relevant field

€¢ 1 year of experience in recruitment preferred

For Fresher, we will provide an internship which is unpaid for 2-3 months and bases on performance we will offer a job
