key responsibilities:

talent acquisition:

source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases

conduct telephonic and in-person interviews

coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

recruitment operations:

release offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities

ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates

client/department coordination:

understand manpower requirements from various departments

share relevant profiles and provide regular updates on recruitment status

build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients

reporting & mis:

prepare daily/weekly recruitment status reports

track joining and attrition data

employer branding:

support hr initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice

assist in organizing job fairs or campus hiring drives

skills required:

excellent communication and interpersonal skills

good knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, linkedin, networking)

ability to work under targets and deadlines

proficiency in ms excel and hr software

qualification & experience:

graduate or postgraduate in hr or a relevant field

1 year of experience in recruitment preferred

for fresher, we will provide an internship which is unpaid for 2-3 months and bases on performance we will offer a job
