2️ƒ£ Source Candidates €“ Use job portals, social media, referrals & events to attract top talent.

3️ƒ£ Collaborate with Managers €“ Understand hiring needs directly from the source.

4️ƒ£ Screen & Interview €“ Pre-screen applicants for skills, attitude & cultural fit.

5️ƒ£ Maintain Talent Pipelines €“ Build a go-to database for future roles.

6️ƒ£ Onboarding Process €“ Ensure a smooth welcome & documentation for new joiners.

7️ƒ£ Track Recruitment Metrics €“ (Optional) Monitor time-to-hire, cost-per-hire & other KPIs.

8️ƒ£ Ensure Compliance €“ (Optional) Follow labor laws & HR standards during hiring.

9️ƒ£ Vendor Management €“ Coordinate with agencies for niche/specialized roles.

🔟 Stay Updated €“ Keep up with latest trends & innovative hiring strategies.
