eligibility:

bachelors degree in hr or related field

experience: minimum 6 months to 2+ years in recruitment

talent acquisition & screening

interview coordination

job portals & recruitment tools

communication & interpersonal skills

team collaboration & reporting

key responsibilities:

1 manage the recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, handle it all like a pro!

2 source candidates use job portals, social media, referrals & events to attract top talent.

3 collaborate with managers understand hiring needs directly from the source.

4 screen & interview pre-screen applicants for skills, attitude & cultural fit.

5 maintain talent pipelines build a go-to database for future roles.

6 onboarding process ensure a smooth welcome & documentation for new joiners.

7 track recruitment metrics (optional) monitor time-to-hire, cost-per-hire & other kpis.

8 ensure compliance (optional) follow labor laws & hr standards during hiring.

9 vendor management coordinate with agencies for niche/specialized roles.

stay updated keep up with latest trends & innovative hiring strategies.

proficiency in ms office (word, excel, powerpoint)

familiarity with recruitment tools & ats

time management & organizational skills

salary: 15,000 30,000/month (based on experience)
