JOB DISCRIPTION:
• Write and post job descriptions on career job portals, social media.
• Source candidates by using databases, job portals and social media
• Evaluate and screen resumes by virtual interaction
• Conduct phone, , Zoom and/or in-person interviews
• Screen potential employees
• Maintain interview and hiring records
• Prepare hiring paperwork and information details
• Handle the orientation of new employees
• Administrating appropriate company assessments.
• Issuing id cards, company Sim cards and joining formalities.
• Assigning day to day work to the team
• Collect the everyday performance details
• Reviewing performance of candidates.
• Support and motivate the candidates to achieve monthly targets.
• Pay-out salaries as per their performance.
• Coordinating with HRs for work assessment, team building.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Should be able to perform under pressure to meet the target.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Must be dedicated and ready to learn.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills
