Source candidates by using databases, job portals and social media Evaluate and screen resumes by virtual interaction Conduct phone, Skype, Zoom and/or in-person interviews Screen potential employees Maintain interview and hiring records Prepare hiring paperwork and information details Handle the orientation of new employees Administrating appropriate company assessments. Issuing id cards, company Sim cards and joining formalities. Assigning day to day work to the team Collect the everyday performance details Reviewing performance of candidates. Support and motivate the candidates to achieve monthly targets. Pay-out salaries as per their performance. Coordinating with HRs for work assessment, team building.Required Skills and Experience: Should be able to perform under pressure to meet the target. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Must be dedicated and ready to learn. Good verbal and written communication skills Strong decision-making skills
