Expectations:
1. Will be responsible to generate unique Pharmacist & Pharmacy Assistant leads from organised/unorganised retail pharmacies and also generate references from the same.
2. To ensure that 100% leads (candidates) are generated and share daily leads generation tracker with the Regional HR Head.
3. Present the leads generated to joining conversion snapshot on/before 25th of every month with the corporate hiring team.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in retail volume hiring/NGO connects/mobilization of candidates/any other field lead generation experience (not necessarily hiring)
2. Age: less than 35 years old
3. Should be flexible to travel and work from the field for at least 20 days in a month.
