About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.Key Responsibilities:Source potential candidates through online platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screeningsSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managersMaintain candidate database and recruitment reportsAssist in onboarding and joining formalitiesEnsure smooth hiring processes and timely closures of job openingsDesired Candidate Profile:0-2 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong interest in HR can apply)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)Ability to work under deadlines and multi-taskProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
