Job Description - HR Recruiter

- Bulk Hiring for International Call Centers.

- Filling positions within hiring organization.

- Developing own network of suitable candidates, through referrals & other sources.

- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.

- Interviewing / screening candidates & aligning to appropriate hiring company.

- Checking CVs for any inconsistencies

- Coaching Candidates on interview process, possible rounds & appropriate responses.

- Following up with Candidates; ensuring telephonic or walk-in rounds are completed & candidate joins company on scheduled date of joining.

- Staying in touch with the candidate until clawback period is completed.

- Meeting weekly / monthly target of joiners.

- Meeting monthly target of business revenue.
