Job Description - HR Recruiter- Bulk Hiring for International Call Centers.- Filling positions within hiring organization.- Developing own network of suitable candidates, through referrals & other sources.- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.- Interviewing / screening candidates & aligning to appropriate hiring company.- Checking CVs for any inconsistencies- Coaching Candidates on interview process, possible rounds & appropriate responses.- Following up with Candidates; ensuring telephonic or walk-in rounds are completed & candidate joins company on scheduled date of joining.- Staying in touch with the candidate until clawback period is completed.- Meeting weekly / monthly target of joiners.- Meeting monthly target of business revenue.
