job description:

we are looking for a motivated and dynamic recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in ghatkopar. as a recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs.

key responsibilities:

* source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

* conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

* schedule and coordinate interviews, providing candidates with timely feedback.

* negotiate salary and compensation packages, as needed, and extend offers to selected candidates.

* collaborate with hr and other departments to ensure a seamless hiring process.

skills & qualifications:

* minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

* strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* ability to screen resumes and conduct initial interviews effectively.

* strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
