As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs.Key Responsibilities:* Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.* Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.* Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing candidates with timely feedback.* Negotiate salary and compensation packages, as needed, and extend offers to selected candidates.* Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless hiring process.Skills & Qualifications:* Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial interviews effectively.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Interested candidates kindly share CV to shrutimdcgroup@gmail.com or contact8291344257
