- As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will be responsible for actively searching for potential candidates to fill job openings within the organization.

- Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.

- You will review resumes and applications to determine if candidates meet the requirements for the position and possess the necessary skills and experience.

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
