- Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.- As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will be responsible for actively searching for potential candidates to fill job openings within the organization.- Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.- You will review resumes and applications to determine if candidates meet the requirements for the position and possess the necessary skills and experience.- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.- You will be conducting interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.- During the recruitment process, you will evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and potential to succeed in the role.- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.- Once you have identified suitable candidates, you will present a list of potential candidates to the hiring managers for further consideration.Required Skills and Expectations:- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Good time management and organizational skills.- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques.- Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
