screening and interviewing: review resumes, conduct

initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews. evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

hiring process management: coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process. prepare and extend job offers.
