Job Description

manage the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned clients.

understanding client requirements and organisation with regard to their existing business activities.

sourcing resumes using various job portals, finding candidates as per the requirement through available resources.

screening the profiles, conducting a telephonic interview.

shortlist candidates and recommend them to the clients.

generating and maintaining databases for future requirements.

salary negotiation, follow up till the date of joining, closing the positions.

taking references from the candidates.

working days: monday to friday

saturday & sunday: fixed off

timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

leave policy: 10 festival leaves + 12 paid leaves
