our salary computation method - working hours/ 200 hours x monthly performance x salary

kra (key responsibility area),

kpi (key performance indicators)

which are measured against the actual performance achieved during the month and based on the same salary + incentives are provided.

**if you achieve higher than expected kpi - proportionate salary for the same is given without limitation to your base salary.

preference will be given to the candidates:

a minimum of two years of professional experience is required.

at least one year of prior experience in a recruitment agency is mandatory.

candidates should possess either experience in handling vacancies related to commerce or hold a bachelor's degree in commerce.
