Screening & Sourcing of resumes.

Conducting Interviews of selected candidates.

Attending daily review & coordination meeting.

Training the team members.

Submitting resumes of candidates to the client/manager.

Our Salary computation method - Working Hours/ 200 hours x monthly performance x Salary

KRA (Key Responsibility Area),

KPI (Key performance Indicators)

which are measured against the actual performance achieved during the month and based on the same Salary + Incentives are provided.

**If you achieve higher than expected KPI - proportionate salary for the same is given without limitation to your base salary.

Preference will be given to the candidates:

A minimum of two years of professional experience is required.

At least one year of prior experience in a recruitment agency is mandatory.

Candidates should possess either experience in handling vacancies related to commerce or hold a bachelor's degree in commerce.
