about the role: we are seeking a dynamic and proactive hr intern to join our team in the online gaming industry. this is a remote opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and hr operations within a fast-paced, innovative environment. the primary responsibility will be recruiting potential candidates aligned with the company’s needs and culture. key responsibilities: 1. recruitment & talent acquisition: o draft and post job descriptions on online job boards, social media, and other platforms. o source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates using online tools. o coordinate and schedule virtual interviews with candidates and relevant stakeholders. o conduct initial telephonic or video screenings of candidates. 2. onboarding & documentation: o facilitate virtual onboarding for new hires. o collect, verify, and organize required documentation, including: ▪ pan card ▪ photo id proof (aadhar card, license, voter id) ▪ address proof (permanent & current) ▪ employment proof ▪ recent photograph ▪ bank account and upi account details 3. employee engagement: o assist in organizing virtual team-building activities and employee engagement events. o act as a point of contact for resolving candidate and new hire queries. 4. market research: o stay updated with industry trends, sourcing strategies, and online recruitment tools. o provide insights to improve the recruitment process and attract top talent. skills & qualifications: • currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. • strong communication and interpersonal skills.
