• recruiters need to be professional, self motivated and capable of working without being monitored.
• excellent communication convincing ability required.
• should have a computer, internet connection phone to get started.

payment
the payment structure will be based on a target basis, where you will receive compensation for successfully fulfilling recruitment targets.

• proven experience as a recruiter, either as an in-house recruiter or in a recruitment agency.

• strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them with client requirements.
• familiarity with various sourcing techniques and online platforms such as linkedin, job boards, and social media.
• time management and organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervisor
