• excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients remotely.

• strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them with client requirements.

• familiarity with various sourcing techniques and online platforms such as linkedin, job boards, and social media.

• time management and organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

• ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervisor
