We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to support and enhance our day-to-day HR processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, maintain employee records, support compliance, and contribute to delivering an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Process attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate employee benefits administration.
Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other employment-related documents.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Generate HR reports and maintain confidential records.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient HR operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HRMS platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
