Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our Ballygunge and Howrah locations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and day-to-day HR activities while ensuring a positive work culture. Location- Howrah/ Ballygunge
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Handle payroll coordination and employee benefits
Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence
Manage performance appraisal processes
Address employee grievances and relations
Drive employee engagement initiatives
Implement and update HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training and development programs
Manage exit formalities and final settlements
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is graduate and 6 months-1 year of experience. Proven experience in HR operations
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle employee relations and grievances
Proficient in MS Office / HR tools
Good organizational and multitasking skills and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. An HR (Human Resources) professional is responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle and supporting business goals through people management.
