-End to End Recruitment (Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, initial screening, Interview Coordination, Placement)
- Induction & Joining Formalities and HR Documentation
-To prepare organization chart showing reporting structure of all the employees, designation, grade and place of work.
- Maintaining personnel file records of the employees
- Filing of employees personal certificates
-Monthly Payroll processing & Time Management
- Co-ordinating for Performance Appraisal & Annual KRA’s of the employees
-To look after administration function in absence of concerned person.
Note - This Profile is 60% Recruitment and 40% HR Generalist
