-end to end recruitment (talent acquisition, sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, placement)

- induction & joining formalities and hr documentation

-to prepare organization chart showing reporting structure of all the employees, designation, grade and place of work.

- maintaining personnel file records of the employees

- filing of employees personal certificates

-monthly payroll processing & time management

- co-ordinating for performance appraisal & annual kra’s of the employees

-to look after administration function in absence of concerned person.

note - this profile is 60% recruitment and 40% hr generalist
