Job Description

The organization is looking for a General Manager (Employee Engagement) working from our M G Road (Bangalore) office.

Job Profile: The desired profile will be responsible for developing strategies to improve engagement, and manage programs designed to foster it, such as employee recognition programs, wellness programs, and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment. As an engagement manager, the responsibilities will include internal employee communications and shaping corporate culture.

Eligibility: Any Female (Graduate / Post Graduate) candidate having 10+ years of Human Resource (Employee Engagement) experience and fluent spoken & written English required for the position.

Age Limit: 35 - 45 years

Work Timing (Fixed): 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) with Sunday (Week off)

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the management team to design, implement, and manage various people initiatives across the company that helps build team culture and increase employee engagement.

2. Design & build our employer brand (by building new age and innovative people practices)

3. Conducting team building activities to bring everyone together and bond with each other in new ways of creative engagement, activities that would be exciting for our tech-savvy teams.

4. Indulging in regular engagements with all team members (1-on-1) to resolve any issues they are facing.

5. Responsible for HRIS management, vacation tracking, administration of benefits, record keeping, and maintenance of team member files and other related documents.

6. Responsible to ensure that the energetic, young, and dynamic team gets the support they need to be productive and successful in their roles and careers.

7. Taking a logical, data-driven, and technology-fuelled approach to understanding people and improving productivity.
