Objective: - To ensure smooth functioning of HR & Administrative operations at the plant by aligning work force Management, Statutory compliance, facility administration, safety norms and employee’s welfare etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY: -
01. Human resources management –plant focused
a. Work force planning and Development
b. Industrial relations (IR)
c. Statutory compliance > prevailing Laws/ Act like EPF, ESIC, PT and others applicable at plant
d. Training & Development
e. Attendance Monitoring/ Time keeping records
f. Performance appraisal
g. Other remaining functions related to HR activities
