Recruitment:
1. Manage recruitment processes (end-to-end).

1. Handle employee grievances and conflicts.
2. Conduct investigations and provide recommendations.
3. Ensure timely resolution of employee issues.
Miscellaneous:
1. Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

3. Prepare HR reports and analytics.
Requirements:
Education:
- Postgraduate degree in HR/Management or related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a deputy manager role.
