Role & Responsibilities:
Source and attract qualified candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the organization.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring-related activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on effective interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
