candidate should have minimum 6 months experience in international bpo voice process.
working days: 24 working days in a month , 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday leave .
shifts: us shift (inbound voice) fixed shift with roster off
incentive : up to 50k in a month apart from salary
salary : 18k to 22k
training : 10 days paid training.
6-5 working days; 6 week offs in a month

ide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
le customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
requirements:-
1. proven customer care experience in any international bpo or experience as a travel sales representative
2. strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
3. customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
4. excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
