roles & responsibilities:
● maintain employee files to include required documentation and employee reviews.
● provide and coordinate new employee orientation and assure all new hire
requirements are processed.
● exit formalities and to conduct exit interviews and escalate organizational
concerns where appropriate.
● coordinate all employee disciplinary, improvement plans and dismissal
communication.
● provide recruiting support for all open positions within company. this includes
coordinating with job consultants, campus placements, preliminary
interviewing.
