HR Executive is responsible to handle recruitment, payroll, learning & development of the employees.

He has to review and update HR policies.

He has to design compensation and benefit packages.

He is responsible for recruiting, training and developing the staff.

He has to look after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.

He has to develop HR policies and have to make employees to understand.

He has to organize the training sessions for the staff.

He has to monitor the performance of the staff and look after the attendance of the staff.

He also has to make effective sourcing, careening and interview techniques.

He has to monitor other departments and employees.

He has to oversee daily operations of HR department.

He has to arrange training and development programs for the employees.

He should have the knowledge of PF and ESIC.

He should be well versed with Factory Act.

MBA (HR) with 4 to 7 years experience.
