Extruder Operator: (Silvassa)He has to select machine dies.He has to determine setup procedures.He has to draw or press metals in shapes.He has to specify lengths and weights of rolls.He has to reel extruded products into rolls.He has to synchronize speed of extrusions.He has to read and interpret blue prints.He has to locate defects on extruded products.He has to adjust all controls as per requirements.He is responsible for cleaning the tools.He has to start metering pumps.He has to start and adjust extruding machines.He has to operate machines.He must have good communication skills also.Any diploma with 1 to 5 years experience in Plastic Company.
