Job Description:

Understand manpower requirement of the organization

Screening resumes and applications

Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions

Lining up candidates for interview.

Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance

Handling employee enquiries / inquiries

Training new or existing employees on HR policies and Company profile

Communicating and explaining the organization , HR policies to the employees

Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality and sending it to the accounts dept for further processing

Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities

Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee

Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have, Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue

Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation, increment, promotion etc

Leave data management/ Updations

Sending salary slips to all the employees

Conducting Exit interviews and handle full and final settlement of the employees

Conducting various welfare activities

Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management

Co-ordinate with the statutory consultant to ensure statutory compliances

Candidate Profile:

Candidate should be a graduate with min 2 year experience in HR Recruitment, Generalist, and Operation work.

Good communication skills and interpersonal skill.

Should have sound knowledge of MS office, statutory compliance.
