Planning support in the organizational recruitment process and coordinating with
various departments and understand their requirements
To complete clearance procedure of left employees
Conducting preliminary interviews with the candidates and shortlisting candidates for
the final interview with the company.
Sourcing and screening of applicants
Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
Training new or existing employees
Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, issue letters etc.
