ï‚· Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the
requirement in consultation with the management.
ï‚· Handle employee engagement
ï‚· Planning support in the organizational recruitment process and coordinating with
various departments and understand their requirements
ï‚· To complete clearance procedure of left employees
ï‚· Conducting preliminary interviews with the candidates and shortlisting candidates for
the final interview with the company.
ï‚· Sourcing and screening of applicants
ï‚· Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
ï‚· Training new or existing employees
ï‚· Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, issue letters etc.
