REQUIREMENTS
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job
evaluations.
• Preparing pay budgets, monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions;
• Recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Experience in HR domain.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves
and insurance).
• Ability to work as a part of team.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Demonstrable leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
