REQUIREMENTS Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting jobevaluations. Preparing pay budgets, monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; Recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. Experience in HR domain. Experience with full-cycle recruiting. Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance). Ability to work as a part of team. Ability to manage time efficiently. Demonstrable leadership abilities. Excellent communication skills.
