✔ Handle employee queries and coordinate remote training programs
Administration:
✔ Manage online office documentation and coordination
✔ Schedule virtual meetings, travel planning, and event coordination
✔ Handle procurement, vendor communication, and online logistics
✔ Ensure smooth daily administrative tasks remotely
Operations:
✔ Support business operations and workflow improvements
✔ Assist in budgeting, data management, and reporting
✔ Monitor key performance indicators and operational efficiency
✔ Collaborate with remote teams to optimize productivity
Qualifications:
🎓 Education: Diploma,12th Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA in Business Administration, HR, Management, or a related field
📅 Experience: 0 to 5 years in HR, Administration, or Operations (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)

Excellent communication and organizational skills
