Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources:
β Assist in virtual recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
β Maintain HR records and ensure policy compliance
β Support payroll processing and benefits administration
β Handle employee queries and coordinate remote training programs
Administration:
β Manage online office documentation and coordination
β Schedule virtual meetings, travel planning, and event coordination
β Handle procurement, vendor communication, and online logistics
β Ensure smooth daily administrative tasks remotely
Operations:
β Support business operations and workflow improvements
β Assist in budgeting, data management, and reporting
β Monitor key performance indicators and operational efficiency
β Collaborate with remote teams to optimize productivity
Qualifications:
π Education: Diploma,12th Bachelorβs/Masterβs/MBA in Business Administration, HR, Management, or a related field

Experience: 0 to 5 years in HR, Administration, or Operations (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
