job summary:
we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented hr executive to support our human resources department in implementing and executing various hr functions. the hr executive will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, hr operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
key responsibilities:
assist in recruitment efforts including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
maintain and update employee records in hrms or internal systems.
support payroll preparation and ensure timely processing of attendance and leave data.
handle employee queries regarding hr policies, benefits, and procedures.
assist in performance appraisal processes.
support the organization of training and development activities.
ensure compliance with labor laws and hr policies.
manage employee engagement initiatives and events.
assist with disciplinary actions and exit formalities.
requirements:
bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a similar hr role.
knowledge of hr functions, labor laws, and hr best practices.
proficiency in ms office; experience with hr software (., zoho people, sap, etc.) is a plus.
strong organizational and multitasking skills.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
discretion and confidentiality.
preferred qualifications:
mba or pgdm in hr management.
