Key Responsibilities:
Statutory Compliance Management
Ensure timely compliance with all applicable Labour Laws (PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc.).
Preparation and filing of statutory returns (monthly, quarterly & annual).
Generation of PF & ESIC challans and maintenance of payment records.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain statutory registers, returns, and records as per legal requirements.
Update and organize compliance files for client audits and inspections.
Keep track of amendments and government notifications related to labour laws.
Salary- 25k to 30k
