Process of end-to-end recruitment.

Extensive sourcing and head hunting through different portals like shine, monster, LinkedIn, etc. and social media

Screening and shortlisting the candidates.

Taking telephonic rounds and evaluating the candidates.

Following up with the candidates till the interview is done.

Giving feedback to the candidates, salary negotiations.

Knowledge of BFSI, segment is preferred

Maintaining daily MIS report
