JD details as per following ..

Pre / On boarding Associates:

To carry out pre boarding of candidates at people strong software of company.

To coordinate with candidates for filling up joining related details ( Personal, educational, employment related ones at system).

To upload supporting documents at system. To upload Interview Evaluation sheet / Pre- Employment Medical form etc.

To remain in contact with candidates till he / she joins us.

Maintain records / Any other activity which may be shared,.

Calling / Documentation Associates:

To call / Contact candidates as shared by us and maintain documentation on response in MS Excel.

To coordinate with candidates for submitting their revised CV / registration at People Strong.

To assist TA team in their TA activities.

Please look for young, dynamic and result oriented candidates who are good at English Communication + MS Excel.

Experience : 3 - 5 Years

Education : Any Bachelor Degree, M.B.A/PGDM
