Proficient in MIS
To maintain HR related records on monthly / quarterly / yearly basis . Employee Data Base, Leave Records for Regular & Contractor employees, Increment Detail and Leave without pay records, Incentive/Variable Calculations etc.
Leave management
Employee engagement
Responsible for auditing all personal files regularly
Monitoring maintenance of Office & Day to Day general administration activities.
Liasoning with Govt Offices, Legal documentation
Good in Labour Laws, Gratuity Calculations PF, ESIC, MLWF, Shopact, Factory Act Compliances
Should have good experience in end to end employee life cycle.
To assist the Manager with administration of the store in line with company Procedures.
Manage and track sales team through Fieldassist (SFA).
Should handle day to day all admin activities.
Other Skills:
Good command over MS Office specially in Excel
Possess good communication skills and writing skills
