Candidate Sourcing & Talent Identification Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, candidate databases, referrals and other relevant channels. Identify and build a strong candidate pipeline according to job and client requirements. Proactively search for suitable candidates for multiple job profiles. Utilize appropriate sourcing techniques to identify active and passive candidates.2. Resume Screening & Candidate Evaluation Review and screen resumes/applications against specified job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, skills and suitability. Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. Share relevant candidate profiles with the concerned team/client for further consideration.3. Client & Hiring Requirement Coordination Understand job descriptions, candidate specifications and hiring requirements. Coordinate with the recruitment team and concerned stakeholders to understand staffing requirements. Develop and execute appropriate sourcing strategies for different positions. Ensure candidate profiles are aligned with the specific requirements before submission.4. Candidate Relationship & Process Management Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and candidate availability. Keep candidates informed regarding interview schedules, selection status and other relevant updates. Maintain a professional, transparent and positive candidate experience. Follow up with candidates until the recruitment process reaches its appropriate conclusion.5. Job Posting & Recruitment Marketing Prepare and publish professional job advertisements on relevant job portals, social media platforms and recruitment channels. Ensure job postings accurately represent the position requirements and client expectations. Explore new sourcing channels and recruitment platforms to improve candidate reach. Support recruitment-related social media and candidate engagement activities.6. Recruitment Database & Documentation Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and recruitment databases. Track candidate status throughout the recruitment cycle. Maintain proper documentation of candidate interactions, interviews and submissions. Ensure timely updating of recruitment trackers and reports. Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.7. Recruitment Targets & Performance Work towards achieving assigned recruitment, sourcing and closure targets. Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround time. Conduct timely follow-ups with candidates and concerned stakeholders. Monitor assigned vacancies and ensure consistent progress toward closure. Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducational Qualification Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution. Qualification or certification in Human Resources / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition will be an added advantage.Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. Experience in an HR consultancy, recruitment agency, staffing organization or corporate recruitment environment will be preferred.Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Good candidate sourcing and screening skills. Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
