job summary:
we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented hr & admin executive to manage vendor coordination, client tie-ups, collection follow-ups, and proposal documentation. the ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to handle multiple administrative and hr-related functions efficiently.
key responsibilities:
collections & follow-ups: ensure timely collection of payments from clients/vendors and maintain accurate records.
vendor management: handle existing vendors and build strong relationships.
search and onboard new vendors as per organizational requirements.
client tie-ups: assist in identifying potential clients and coordinating for tie-ups, agreements, and onboarding formalities.
proposal management: draft, review, and manage proposals, mous, and agreements for clients and vendors.
documentation & compliance: maintain contracts, invoices, and related records in a systematic manner.
coordination: work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor and client operations.
reporting: provide regular updates on collections, vendor performance, and client tie-ups to management.
requirements:
graduate (bba/ / mba in hr or administration preferred).
strong communication & negotiation skills.
proficiency in ms office (word, excel, powerpoint).
ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
