- supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff: as a housekeeping supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all areas are cleaned to company standards.

- train new housekeeping staff: you will be responsible for training new hires on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

- inspect rooms and public areas: you will conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly.

- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies: you will be in charge of monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies to ensure that the housekeeping team has everything they need to perform their duties efficiently.

- handle guest requests and complaints: as the housekeeping supervisor, you will interact with guests to address any special requests or complaints related to housekeeping services, ensuring a positive guest experience.

required skills and expectations:

- bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry

- strong communication and leadership skills

- attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals

- ability to work well under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
