Talent Zone Consultants is looking for an experienced Hospital Operations Executive for a leading healthcare organization in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day hospital operations, coordinating clinical and non-clinical departments, optimizing resources, maintaining service quality, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day hospital operations across OPD, IPD, OT, diagnostics, pharmacy, billing and support services.
Ensure smooth coordination between clinical, administrative and support departments.
Monitor patient flow, service delivery, turnaround times and overall patient experience.
Manage and optimize manpower, infrastructure, equipment and other operational resources.
Lead and mentor hospital operations and administrative teams.
Develop, implement and monitor SOPs, operational policies and process improvements.
Monitor operational KPIs, MIS reports, revenue, cost efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with NABH/JCI standards, healthcare regulations and internal policies.
Coordinate audits, quality-improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
Manage vendors, facility services, procurement and maintenance activities.
Handle patient escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Work closely with doctors, nursing teams, finance, HR, quality, procurement and senior management.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Support hospital expansion, commissioning of new services and operational projects where required.
Candidate Requirements
10+ years of experience in hospital operations, hospital administration or healthcare operations.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Hospital Administration, Business Administration or a related field.
MBA/MHA in Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management preferred.
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and hospital departments.
Strong understanding of hospital workflows, quality standards and healthcare compliance.
Experience in a multi-specialty hospital, hospital chain or high-volume healthcare environment preferred.
Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities.
