About the Role:

Talent Zone Consultant is looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead logistics and warehousing operations, drive service excellence, optimize costs and manage overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end warehouse, distribution and logistics operations across assigned locations.

Manage 3PL partners, vendors, fleet and operational teams.

Drive operational efficiency, productivity, SLA and service-level performance.

Own operational budgets, cost optimization and P&L.

Monitor inventory movement, order fulfillment, OTIF and delivery performance.

Implement process improvements, technology and best practices across operations.

Ensure compliance, safety and quality standards across warehouses and distribution networks.

Lead and mentor large cross-functional operations teams.
