Looking For Head Operations

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Operations with 8 to 10 years of experience to lead our operational activities in Chandikhol, Jajpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Operational Strategy Development**: Create and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. This includes analyzing current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and setting long-term objectives to drive growth.

2. **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor the operations team, fostering a collaborative environment. Guide team members in achieving their goals and encourage professional development.

3. **Process Optimization**: Evaluate and refine existing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. This involves using data analysis to drive decision-making and implementing best practices across the organization.

4. **Performance Monitoring**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness. Regularly review performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to meet company targets.

5. **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as finance and sales, to ensure a cohesive approach to operations. Facilitate communication to align goals and share resources effectively.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The successful candidate should possess strong leadership skills and strategic thinking abilities. A deep understanding of operational management and process improvement is essential. A graduate degree/diploma in civil engineering is mandatory, and male candidates are preferred for this role with a strong background in concrete sleeper manufacturing plant.
