Key responsiabilties:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism
Manage reservations and maintain waiting lists .
Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated
Build rapport with guests, understand their preferences, and ensure memorable dining experiences
Handle guest feedback gracefully and escalate concerns when necessary
Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth table service and guest satisfaction
Maintain a poised and polished presence throughout service hours
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience (hotel or restaurant).
Positive attitude, punctuality and strong work ethic.
