Punch orders and enter them correctly and swiftly in the software.Prepare and print bills quickly and accurately.Handle cash, card and online payments safely and responsibly.Check that all orders and payments are recorded properly.Count cash and prepare daily sales reports at the end of the shift.Knowledge of any Billing Software.

Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers promptly. Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service. Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide recommendations. Handle customer queries and resolve any complaints politely. Order Management: Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accuracy. Monitor the status of orders and ensure prompt delivery to tables. Ensure proper presentation of dishes before serving. Dining Area Maintenance: Set up and clean tables before and after use. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area. Restock utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed. Team Collaboration: Work in coordination with the kitchen staff and other waiters to ensure smooth operations. Participate in daily briefings and adhere to company policies. Billing and Payment: Assist customers with the billing process. Ensure accurate cash or card transactions when required.
