Ground Staff || Freshers & Experienced

As a Ground Staff member based in Delhi, India, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the airport. This includes assisting passengers with check-in processes, boarding procedures, and handling luggage. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely service for all passengers.

Key responsibilities include checking in passengers and their luggage, escorting passengers to their flights, assisting passengers with special needs, and ensuring the safety and security of all passengers. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate effectively with passengers and other airport staff to provide excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum education level of 10th pass and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important for this position. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required as on-the-job training will be provided. A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team are essential for this role.
